Radio Survival: 1st Prize: ₹2,00,000/-, 2nd Prize: ₹1,50,000/- 3rd Prize: ₹1,00,000/-
Thank you all the Delegates for your gracious participation and support for the EIHM 2019 at Sundarban West Bengal. Because without your support it wasn't not possible for us to make it a great success. We had a great Eyeball QSO there.
We could not organize the Radio Survival Expedition and IOTA due to non availability of sufficient Registration for the contest. We got only two participants, though we have created and completed all the necessary arrangements for the contest to be a very enjoyable and successful event. But all the effort and time we spend on this purpose was gone down the drain. We have already refunded the amount of money to the deligates concirned.
First of all we have arranged this Radio Survival Expedition at Sundarban for encouraging the young hams for homebrewing his own equipment and test gear even in the unfavorable environment like this place. So that the young budding hams may be attracted to the hobby and homebrewing. This will be a great boon for the country at the time of any natural Calamity like tsunami or super cyclone in this remote costal region. But none are achieved by us.
We don't have the Special Call Sign from WPC though applied for the same four months before the Event and tried heart and soul to get it and applied all the sources we had in our hands. But WPC not even issued a rejection letter. One Regional Amateur Radio Convention without any radio communication, what a farce. We are again very sorry please bear with us.
We will organize the Expedition and IOTA on a future date and it's a Promise.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by any reason, please perdon us.
Looking forward for the future Event.
Again Thank you for your time and effort.
73 bye bye. Hope to see you down the log many more times.
